We have Riverview Motel Rooms both on the ground floor and upstairs.
Ground Floor Riverview Rooms
Views of The Derwent River from your room. There is a door opening up to the river side of each room with a patio and outdoor setting to soak in the views.
Lovely morning sun and the friendly ducks will probably come for a visit!
Upstairs Riverview Rooms 
There is an outdoor setting outside your room to sit and enjoy the views of The Derwent River from just outside your room.
The upstairs rooms have a shared balcony, with sweeping views of The Derwent River and Mt. Wellington.
