The Beck Family took over ownership in early November 2003 of the then Highway Village Motel and Tudor Holiday Village with a vision of improving and developing the businesses into an exciting and comfort driven accommodation and dining experience on the banks of the Derwent for all to enjoy.

Riverfront Motel & Villas have a wide range of accommodation to suit all requirements; ranging from spacious 1 and 2 bedroom self contained villas to comfort plus motel rooms with magnificent views and great value standard rooms, all for the budget conscious. We also have 3 large houses which are great for groups and families.

The Riverfront´s Restaurant & Bar is the perfect choice for delicious food, friendly service and a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere at a sensible price.

A business is only as good as it´s people and The Riverfront is no exception to this truism. Our Team of dedicated and friendly staff pride themselves on providing friendly and efficient service.

We have several departments; front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant staff, and we all work together to ensure our guests enjoy their stay.
